November 2009 

Native American Day.
 Saturday, November 7. At The Savin Rock Conference Center, 10:00-4:00. 
10: am  Joseph Firecrow, Renowned Native Flutist.
11:30  Nick Bellantoni, CT State Archaeologist.
1:00 pm   The NY Wolf Conservation, presenting the Arctic Wolf.
2:15 pm Wind over Wings"The Year of the Hawk"
Limited seating for each presentation.
Adults, $5, children $2, under 6, free.  Stay all day or have your hand stamped to leave and come back later.
Exhibits of local history and Native American culture and crafts.  Native soups and foods available.

December 2009

Trees of West Haven
   Saturday, December 5, 10:30 am-4:00pm & 4:45 pm-5:30 pm. & Sunday, December 6, 10:30 am-3:00 pm. At St John Vianney Church Hall, 300 Captain Thomas Blvd, West Haven.  Decorated trees, wreaths, crafts and food for sale.  Free Admission.

Holiday Open House   Saturday, December 12 & Sunday, December 13.  12-4 pm.  Free Admission.

February 2010

Wine Tasting "For the Love of Wine"  Friday, February 12 at West Woods (Italian American Club).   6:30-9:30 pm.  Reservations required by February 7, 2010. The event will be hosted by Gary Ramadan
of Ye Olde Liquor Shoppe and feature a variety of wines, appetizers, soup, specialty sandwiches, dessert and coffee.
